Understanding your “why”
Making a plan and choosing goals for growth is a two edged sword where both have something to move forward to but also have risk of failing.
So, why risk it?
Well, because it can make your life much more meaningful and satisfying. If you are in a bad state — mental or physical, this is how you make yourself better and all those around you.
By understanding your “why”, you will have values in your life, make you focus and make you feel passionate about your goal.
When you live your life with a sense of purpose, you begin living positively and start seeking out new opportunities. You start experiencing everything that you feel will make a difference.

- By knowing your self — who you are.
- Find out your own interest
- Identify your strengths and weaknesses
- Prioritise what is important for you right now
- Don’t mix things that you are not confident with
